Helps with my pain and sleep
I'm very sceptical and seen this oil shown on YouTube. I bought some to try and have it every day in a smoothy. It helps dull down the pains in my feet and knees and I'm also getting 6+ hours undisturbed sleep instead of the usual 2-3 hrs.
