Every videographer should have one.
I use mine to enable me to connect a Rode videomic, which has a 3.5mm jack plug, to the XLR input of my audio recorder when filming interviews/weddings etc. It is beautifully constructed, as is every Rode product I've ever used, and I thoroughly recommend anybody who is serious about the quality of their audio should get one.

Great quality RODE adapter and i am using it with Rode Lav+
I received it within a week. Lovin this Rode XLR adaptor. I had Tascam Dr-40 digital recorder that only had XLR inputs so two of my Lapel mics (Rode Lav+ and Sony ECM3) are working perfectly with this Rode XLR adaptor. Thanks JunoRecords
