The Tefal Ultimate Pure Fv9845 Steam Iron in Rose & black is a top notch Iron
The Iron is not heavy but neither is it light. I`d say its a medium weight Iron , but the weight I found was just enough to help with the pressing of the clothes. It glides across the clothes very smoothly and easily and actually is pleasant to handle. The Cord is quite long and manageable . Its very easy to fill up at a flip down lid situated on the front of the Iron facia and has a Max level to fill it up to . It comes with a handy little plastic jug for filling with the preferred "Tap" water only. I found the settings are easy to read on the Iron and pretty much straight forward to understand by the descriptive Icons. Its got a very nice sleek style going for it and the Rose & Black colours add the final touch of compliment to the Iron. All in all I`m extremely pleased I bought it ,and have no complaints with it whatsoever & I`d rate it 10/10 .Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

I highly recommend this TEFAL iron.
Most attractive ergonomic shape and good design. It isn’t lightweight but I think the weight adds to the easy ironing. Takes a lot of water for the steam functionality but hey, who cares. Makes quick work of the ironing and steams the clothes really well. Glides over the cloth and so much better than any iron I have used before. So for so good
My wife does all the ironing and she also goes around people's houses to do their's as well so a good iron is important to her, I've usually bought Bosch irons because that's what she knows but usually 9 months to a year later she starts complaining that the steam doesn't operate like it should even though she cleans it regularly, she said this one is fantastic, easy to use, glides beautifully and the steamer is so quiet, we're hoping that cleaning will be easier what with the removable filter so it will be interesting to see how long this one last her, only time will tell but its a great start so far.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

This premium Tefal Ultimate Pure iron is just a sheer delight to use with magnificent levels of inherent design and comfort in use. Results are nothing short of superb. Marginally heavier than the small iron that I’m used to - but the Durilium Air Glide sole plate really does seem to live up to its name, – and helps this beautiful line float across the more problematic synthetic fabrics with composed ease. (Photos mainly show work on one such awkward synthetic garment). – which was completed with what seemed an efficient magical ease. Excellent iron
I thought I’d treat myself to a high end iron to see if it was down to poor technique from me or poor tools. I’m getting much better results on trouser creases (previously resembling Blackpool sea front) and I’d say I’m getting through the pile quicker too. The refurbished item I got was like new so at around half the price of a new one represents fantastic value.
