ChemSharp
There is technique to using this product as others have said. I sharpen several at once usually on a bench belt sander. The dust bothers me and I can't breathe normal for a couple days. I use pliers and a propane torch for the ChemSharp. Clean off the white slag with a 1700 rpm bench wire wheel. This product polishes the tungsten decently. A drill and a sander is much faster and consistent but I'm exploring this option for the breathing problems. I so far have used it only a dozen times but it is repeatable with more use. Photo is half ChemSharp and half drill and belt sander.

chem sharp not for everyone
It is not the sellers fault, the stuff put a taper on the tungsten BUT when I went to tig with the tip all this stuff on the tungsten sparkled and burned off not my choice for sharpening and it destroyed my teflon cup.
