Works as expected
This is just what I have been looking for to irrigate my flower beds and potted plants. I will ultimately have five of them serving different zones around my home. I have four in place now, and they are working as expected. Product is useless until Orbit fixes their software problem.
I have purchased the same Orbit B-hyve product in the past and I liked how it worked so I bought two more. So far I am very disappointed with my most recent purchase. During the initial setup, the timers required a firmware update. The update failed on both timers. I contacted Orbit support (I waited nearly 1 1/2 hrs before I got a response from the online chat). I was told that the firmware update failed because of a software issue on the Orbit website. They are working on the problem but they have no idea when it will be resolved. My two new timers do not work at all and won't work until Orbit fixes the issue. My old times still work fine. I am not happy!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
