Rugged, practical, at an easy price
All I want in a wristwatch is ... a wristwatch. I don't need a medical exam or data portfolio on my wrist; all I need is something that is light, easy to read, and tells time. Also it has a night-light, ultra confortable adjustable Velcro sports band, is water resistant (I can dunk it when I'm fishing) and fairly rugged. It's not a style piece, but it's not ugly, either. NEEDED a watch... This fit the bill.
This replaced a TIMEX with the backlighted dial face (EL) and this Casio just has an LED that (after the Timex) looks a bit GARISH and harsh.. However after living with it for a few weeks it's not quite as bad as I first thought (I'm getting used to it I guess". Also I would have liked to have a ROTATABLE Outer BEZEL... and a DAY / DATE display rather than just the DAY window. But again, this is a nice watch, I just miss the features on my Timex. I'm still looking for "just the right mix of features", but I'm mostly happy with this watch.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
