Didn't work
I could not get it to work. The HP disk that came with the printer only had the HP download app on it. In the old days (where it worked flawlessly) the disk contained the printer drives now it has the HP app that you have to download and then find your printer model name and download from the app. I did that but the printer didn't respond. I tried several time over several day but could not get printer to recognize the download. I really wanted it to work but finally returned it. Excellent printer for the price
if you're someone like me who only needs black and white pages about once a month, this printer is for you. it doesnt take up much space and prints quickly and nicely. this was my first printer after getting fed up with inkjet and it is worth it. the printer did get jammed twice but that was because i forgot to open the ramp for the paper to come out into.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Change my attitude
I am not at all keen on printers & do all I can to keep everything digital. I gave away my last one. I rarely used it & buying ink cartridges was pricey. No worries about that on this one. It is a very abstemious laser printer that sips ink. The cartridges last forever, at least for an infrequent printer like me. It is also small & fits right on the top of my bookshelves. It is simple & easy & to use. It is lightning fast. It has changed my mind about printers. This one gets it all right.
