Very good printer for home use
Absolute superb colours and range of paper sizes accepted. Design and functionality, briliant. The only problem i’m concerned with is, if you print on A3, it tends to blurr a little bit, even if the photos are absolutely sharp. A decent printer
The above boxes are not very informative as there is no in-between markings. I therefore hd to give all boxes a YES. The print quality is reasonably good but not as good as my previous printer, an Epson XP-860 which was a much bettr printer all together much sturdier. The XP-970 lid seems a bit flimsy and not to strong a build. However it works quite well and the print quality is good but I find it a little dark. It is a little overpriced for the quality of it. The cost of Epson ink is very high and I don't know how they justify the exorbitant price of almost £100 for the XL size, when compatibles are available for only £16 - £20, for the slightly smaller size.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Recommended to keen amateur photographers
So far I have been very impressed with the print quality - photos I have printed on A3 Photo paper have come out fine, with no graininess. The colour sync with my Apple is quite accurate. Inks are more expensive than I would like, so I'll be printing run of the mill documents on my wife's cheap A4 printer. Build quality is quite flimsy, particularly the lid to the scanner and the front panel. This printer is worth every penny it's great a3 prints look fantastic .Best printer I have owned and recommend it you can also buy the cheaper ink for it I got 4 sets for £20 .prints from your phone over WiFi and sd card slot bottom paper feeder and top loading for a3 prints cds aswell has usb slot for usb memory Internet conecting aswell ..all you need for a good home quality printer

Scans well and has scan to cloud settings which can be set to a number of cloud providers so easy to go paper free. Buy one today get all your prints blown up printed out a4 a3 fantastic bit of kit. Having hard copies you never lose them
I was in massive company digital printing with some of the best large scale printers in the world like 1220mm wide Roland camjet with great results I have always used epson at home A4 but treated myself to the Epson Xp-970 A3 it is great printer. The printing is quick full colour hi res photo glossy paper you can hold A A3 in your and it like that person is infont of you the depth overal is just fantastic can not fault this printer have put it threw its paces and passes fully, I don’t wright reviews normally but this blow my mind, I have mine set up to iPad Pro 10,5 and iPhone and the screen matches what you print but better threw the air no cables it’s magic
