Tricky to install poor quality you get what you pay for!
Difficult to install if you have a door thicker than 2cm. No tunnel included you have to cut down strips of cheap plastic to line the inside of the flap which is not ideal when your dog is going to scrabbling through the door However they do provide bolts are far to long for any normal door that you have to “trim “to fit. Not an easy task. No template included which makes it tricky to cut the right size hole in your door. Would I buy one again? Not a chance in hell!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

We bought the first one of these doors over 4 years ago for our 8 West Highland White Terriers. It is so good that we have bought another one for another door.
