Was going to replace my garage felt roof which had a few small leaks, Instead of paying a rediculous price to have it re-felted I taped all of the seams and gave it 3 coats of bitumen roof compound felt. The application was better than I thought with a roller, great spread and quick drying. This product I found to be a lot cheaper but very very effective. After a few heavy rain showers, no leaks.
