Better than the Samsung IconX!
I bought the Samsung IconX originally but the sound quality was so bad and processed I honestly couldn't live with it. I may be biased as I've been using the wired Bose earbuds for the last couple of years but the difference between these Bose earbuds and Samsung is what feels like hundreds of dollars worth of difference (But they're about the same price now). If you care about good quality sound and actually want good sound for the money, go with these Bose SoundSport Wireless Free's. They stick out of your head a bit more but totally worth it. Pros: 1) These earbuds sounds quality is above par. 2) Bass is astounding. 3) Fast connection with a button on left ear to quickly switch between devices. Voice speaks which device is pairing to. Cons: 1) Left ear drops out frequently and had to be repaired by placing in charging case. 2) Only right ear can used as single unit. 3) Doesn't feel secure in your ear. 4) Silicone tips are soft but tends to hurt after a few days of use. 5) Brand new, the battery only last 4 hours max at low volume. 6) charging case has micro USB which definitely will break eventually. 7) Zero nose cancellation! Nice Wireless Option
I like this wireless and neckfree bluetooth. My only problem is my ear canals are smaller than the smallest earplug size. Additionally, there is difference in each of my ears. One earbud stays in nicely. The other one always falls out. The sound coming from these small buds is really amazing. The only thing that would make these absolutely perfect would be if there was no lag on videos and if both buds could sound during a call. Right now, when you get a call, sound comes only from the right. But you can get used to it quickly and still the audio quality is quite good none the less. A perfect Bose product, that isn't always perfect.
Great, as expected, sound quality, beautifully designed with the charging - carrying case, lightweight and comfortable. I expected to love the ear-buds and thoroughly thought they were worth giving the product a 5-star review. Then the product got very glitchy. The left bud cut out when I turned my head to the right and lately, it is often dead silent until I remove the product from my Bluetooth list of devices on my iPhone and reinstall it. The reinstallation doesn't always result in success and I have to start from scratch. Bottom line, all of my other Bose products (2 noise-canceling headphones, radio, speakers) are worth the price and live up to "you get what you pay for" axiom. These Sport ear-buds are great when they work but too often, they don't. This may just be the pair I ended up with. HANDS DOWN BEST HEADPHONES I'VE EVER OWNED AND WISH I WOULDA BOUGHT THEM SOONER. I've got over $1,200.00 with of wireless Bluetooth headphones. Most are similar to these and range from $50.00 to $100.00 in cost. Music is like my drug. I listen to music from the time I open my eyes when I wake up to the time I go to bed so I have to have lots of headphones. I have been hesitant to spend more then the $100.00 I have on a few other pairs cuz one pair the battery life is 2 hrs if I'm lucky and that's only using 1 ear piece which the description said 6 hr battery life with up to 8 hrs if only using 1. Another pair are extremely uncomfortable and hurt my ears really bad. Another pair they don't stay in my ear & constantly fall out and I've tried so many different things to make them stay in but nothing works. Another pair the sound quality is garbage and if I turn the volume more then half way up its got the sound of a bad radio station. That being said you can understand why I was scared to pay $250.00 for headphones with a similar look & description. I've been looking at, thinkin bout buying, & wanting to buy these headphones for a few months now but just couldn't bring myself to do so considering the luck I've had with all the other similar pairs I bought. Then I found myself searching online to find n buy yet another decent pair of wireless Bluetooth headphones cuz I'm so disappointed with the ones I have. When these popped up I of course thought uggg I really wanna but no. Then I decided to look at them anyway n thought I'll read reviews n the only bad thing anyone had to say was they were a little big n stick out if your ear a little. Which I thought if they stick out they will prolly fall out a lot to n that drives me crazy bt everyone talked so highly of the sound quality n that is one of the main things I've been trying to find on a headphone so I said screw it and bought them. I'M BEYOND HAPPY & SATISFACTIED THAT I DID, WISH I WOULDA BOUGHT THEM SOONER, & AM NOW BUYING ANOTHER PAIR!! Like I said I have a lot of headphones similar to these and most costing around $100.00 & NONE of them compare 2 comfort, fit, & sound quality of these!!! I do agree with everyone that they do stick out a little bit but it's not a big deal because they have such a great fit & the little rubber pieces don't move or twist cuz the design they created for them so they go in ur ear perfect every time and they DO NOT fall out, get uncomfortable, or anything which was my biggest worry. If you only want to use 1 ear piece at a time you can only use the main (right) ear piece and whether I use 1 or both I get the same battery life which is 4 hrs (note that is 4 hours of non stop music playing) so if your using them for phone calls etc. you will prolly get a longer battery life then that. Not a true Bose Product
These were purchased months in advance in anticipation of the holiday season. When the recipient complained of them not working correctly much was done to troubleshoot and research. It turns out that according to many Bose forums, these are not a true Bose product. Just be aware of what you’re purchasing.
