Used once so far
It's a great light weight saw and cuts good but it smokes a lot so that has me concerned...sometimes refurbished (and even new) machinery has issues. Here's to hoping it doesn't break and I loose this money because our lifestyle requires a chainsaw.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Awesome Saw!!!
I ordered this and received the 450 Rancher in refurbished but excellent condition. I ran the stew out of that sucker and it keep on cutting. Everything worked great. A bit of Advise, stop comparing Pro saws to Farm/Ranch Saws. I’m a Homeowner, Farmer, Cattleman we need these saws. If I ran a tree cutting business I’d buy a Husqvarna XP, End of story!

I have had this chainsaw for about a month now and have used it for a total of 8 hours. It has been steady but not hard use. At one point I cut through the base of a dead tree that was about 15 inches in diameter. It has performed flawlessly. Last year I bought a husky mower, blower, and trimmer all refurbished as well and so far everything has been operating very well . Unpacked the box, blade and chain were expertly packed. After assembling, filled w gas, oil, primed it, and she started in the third pull. Going strong after logging 5 trees in just one afternoon. That’s Five 85 plus footers, biggest had 18” base! I’d buy another one in a heartbeat. Get one and try it yourself. Jim on Long Island.

Works Great
I have a smaller Husky that works fine, but wanted a little larger saw for some big trees that fell down this past winter. This reconditioned saw was priced cheaper, is lighter, and more powerful.
