Great buy on a Great Product !!!
I bought 2 of these: One for my wife's new PC and one for the new PC that I plan to buy. Almost immediately I received 2 emails, each with the unique product key. Later I received the package containing the CDs, which provide backup if ever needed. The instructions in the email were clear and concise, and it was easy to access the Microsoft web site and install the Office software on my wife's PC using the product key. For basic Office users, this is a wonderful alternative to Office 365 which requires an ongoing subscription payment. With Office Home & Student 2019, you pay one time only. Please note that, although performance enhancements are never sent, Microsoft will send updates related to security. It has all the features we need just is a little different in accessing than our older version.
We updated our computer and had an older version of Microsoft Office on it. We upgraded and the new program is working fine. Our problem is learning to use the new version. does what is it supposed to, you must uninstall office 365
good deal and product does work, but of course if you do not uninstall 365 it causes a conflict because windows shows having both as a issue, and even though I did the uninstall I still had to have Microsoft go in and do somethings behind the scences, keep getting error messages when opening excel, not the products fault, they just do not make it easy to get rid of 365 because they want you to pay the yearly feeVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Happy With New Microsoft Office Upgrade Easy to Use
I needed to take my time using the new 2019, since I had been used to using 2007 Microsoft Office Home and Office. Once you get used to the new interface; it's really easy to use, you can, if you want; do Microsoft Office 365, it costs more; but you're doing that through Microsoft. Very Excellent Program - But Just a Little Complicated to Activate
I bought this as a gift to my sister-in-law who had previously been using Wordpad and Notepad to help prepare materials for her church. The Word 2019 that comes bundled with this software makes it much easier for her to do some of the fancier word processing she needed to do. I bought this particular item because it came loaded on a DVD, which should have been easier for her to install, since she is not very computer savvy. However, installation got a bit complicated, since it required her to first create a Microsoft account, then go through a series of confusing steps to register and activate the software. It all worked out well in the end. Great MS Office Substitute to Office 360
Appreciate the opportunity to upgrade my Office 2010 to Office 2019. Did not want to subscribe to Office 360 which is an annual membership. Microsoft has stated that there will be a purchase option for a new Office product at some point. Upgrading my PC to the new office was fairly easy. Do a Google search for how to load the new product off the Microsoft website. Do know that MS takes you to the Office 360 site.
