the 1200w motor works well for me.
i think its a good product. i wanted a 1300w motor buy bought this 1200w. When installed in my lawnmower the blade did not fit so what i did was removed the motor and put it in the damaged one i have and the blade fits perfectly ok and then i used it to cut my lawn. sorry i didn't get the one i wanted but its fine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Design problem
All is good with this lawn mower until you approach the edge of the lawn alongside a flower bed. If you have paths all around your lawn, no problem. My previous Qualcast was able to overhang the lawn edge by an inch without any problems, I kept the mower level using the handle. This mower seems to catch and dig in at intervals along the lawn edge no matter how carefuliy I try to control it. This results in bald patches where the grass has been completely removed together with some of the soil.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Light and easy

Nice little mower
I got this for my small front lawn and it does the job perfectly. Easy to put together and operate with nice long cable. Lightweight to carry back in when finished. Grass collection works well. If my lawn was larger I probably would have gone for the next one up in power as this is a little underpowered if the grass is too thick, but then I go a little slower and it's fine. Performs as expected for a cheap mower
