    Lightweight, did a good enough job

    Arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. When used, it reached the places I could not but I found it to be more cumbersome than expected and the finish wasnt perfect but good enough. perhaps further use will improve my technique. The wiper blade was useless, the sponge and cloths are good and do their jobs well, the frame seems sturdy enough is easy to extend and is lightweight

    Very useful tool

    Extremely versatile tool. Can be used as a straight telescopic handle, or U shaped. The telescopic clips are very quick and positive, much better than the twisty type. It is supplied with 2 cloths which are secured to a circular sponge by a plastic ring. This means that you can also use it with any other cloth, no special parts needed. The supplied polishing cloth seems particularly good at leaving windows smear free. This is a much better way of cleaning upstairs windows than the very long telescopic type, used from the ground, as these never put enough pressure on the glass to polish properly. As long as you are not expecting miracles, you will be very pleased with this.

    Good value, well made, does the job

    It’s a pretty decent window cleaner and does a fair job. It works best if you use three different cloths - first one with a little soap to lift the dirt, second one to wipe off soap and dirt and third one to give a nice finish. Well made and excellent value. We have top opening windows, so not the ideal match for the product design, but we still achieved a good clean and saved lots of money on hiring a professional.

    Solves the problem of cleaning upstairs windows.

    It works as good as can be expected, a little awkward on my small bathroom window but I still managed to reach all the corners. I’m happy with the product as I am now able to clean my upstairs windows without having to either lean out or hire a window cleaner. It’s pretty sturdy and for the price it will pay for itself after a few uses.

    Great for finishing after using another squeegee

    The sponge and microfibre cloth work well to clean of smudges after you have already cleaned the worst off with water and a different squeegee. I find the squeegee included with this is hard to use so I don’t use the squeegee. Recommend anyway as the best way I found so far to get those streaks that are left by other squeegees.

    Easy to use

    I have one window which opens only but I have been able to clean both windows using different angles. The only down side is the scraper seems to be facing the wrong way to reach the window from any angle but I just used the two different cloths one to wash one to dry. I would recommend

    Loft conversion

    I live in a loft conversion, and the windows are very hard to get to, this helped alot, I finally managed to reach them , it wasn't brilliant but so much better washing them was easier than squeegying them but without this there was no way I could get them clean I've tried magnetic ones which just fall straight off so if you are stuck then I would definatley go for this

    Don't get your hopes up.

    It's ok to get the soap on but difficult to squeegy off. In fact I went back to my usual method of hanging out the window with my car squeegy and polish with newspaper. I youtubed the method but it didn't help. I wouldn't get your hopes up. I dropped the cloth once so be sure to fix it on tight.
