Does what it says but felt bad using it on my dog.
I bought this for my misbehaving dog. I tried it out on myself (my hand) before putting it on my dog to see how strong it was and even on level one it was ridiculously strong. It worries me that these things go up to level 99 and level 1 was enough to seriously hurt me let alone a dog. I only used it on the vibrate option in the end but even then it just seemed to stress my dog even more so just removed completely. I’m not going to leave a negative review because it is great quality and it does do what it says It’s just put me of ever using such thing on an animal againVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

First thing: It WORKS. It feels cheap and the hand control could be improved. Why do you have to press a button 3 times to get it to work? Ok the electric shock perhaps . . but the buzzer? The collar is - for my dog - far too small, far too small. It will only just fit and then it is, in my opinion, too tight. Why not supply a longer collar - you could always cut it down but you can't add to it. So the dog can only wear it for short periods - training - which means the dog has already developed a healthy dislike for it and so is discouraged even before training starts. I haven't used the electric shock because the buzzer/vibration works just fine but it does work as my wife can testify! After trying everything with our dog (and we mean everything, from behaviourists and dog training classes, to positive reinforcement and games), we finally thought what have we got to lose, we’ve already lost our sanity!!! And after shocking our dog ONCE (on a 3, we tried it on ourselves and then decided on 3 would be more than enough of a shock!!!) he is a changed dog! We use the beep and vibrate way more but it’s been a week and we’ve not had to even have the collar on him! Amazing. Recommend to anyone at their wits end.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The collar is great, however the shock part of it made my dog yep on lvl 3, which I first tried on myself to make sure it wasn’t powerful, but it did stop her being naughty, I wouldn’t use it again though as the vibration is just as good, very fast deliver though and the product is great, would highly recommend if you have an untrainable dog.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
