ALMOST freedom from wires
Bluetooth fed speakers are really convenient. and these are very good at producing a wide range of characteristics that would indicate a much larger system. Lower levels of sound seem to not keep the prominent mix of sound elements "up front" as they are at higher volume levels. As for relocating the speakers just about anwhere in a room is great, then the 5 foot wire tethering the two speakers together is a painfully short, preventing any wider placement. Computer Speakers
I got these to replace a 2.1 system that died on me. A sub-woofer would have been nice but I don't really miss it that much as a computer speaker. The Bluetooth is a nice extra but I don't know that I'll use it that much. The sound is fine for me and how I'm using them but i'm not going to be watching blockbuster action movies and I'm not a audio purist for music.
