A cure for cramp that really works.
I have used this product for several years now and for me it really works. I've suffered with cramp for all my adult life - either night cramps or as a result of riding my old motorcycles for too long (like all day!) and apart from the time when I was put on a course of Quinine by my doctor, these tablets have been by far the best remedy I've used. Good Night Cramp Relief
I find that taking Hylands Leg Cramps PM tablets an hour or so before going to bed helps to keep leg cramps at bay on most nights. These tablets are quite small in size and dissolve in the mouth making them very easy to take for people who have difficulty in swallowing tablets.
