Optimum Nutrition Creatine 2500 caps
Another great product from Opitmum Nutrition. I take ON creatine for my bodybuilding supplement needs and it works good for increased stamina, strength, and holding more water in the muscle for a fuller look. Recommended dose is 6 capsules a day but I only take 4 and it seems to work optimal. I like that ON chose to use capsules instead of tablets too. Try ON creatine for more stamina, strength, and performance on the field and in the gym (especially if you do not eat alot of red meat).
