Amazing product - gives a super star-like effect in the dark
I have been redecorating my son's bedroom so had to take down the stick on glow stars that he'd had on his ceiling. Whilst he was looking for replacements we came across this Crystal Glitter Glow Glaze product and had to give it a go. I was initially dubious, I have to admit, but the glaze was easy to paint on and the effect...well, the effect is amazing! For a start I was applying it a little too uniformly and a little too thick - luckily my son was super excited and kept turning the light off(!) so I began to be a little more "artistic" with the application. The result really does look like you're looking up at the most stunning display of stars - it's so good that I want it in my room! Even my teenage son has admitted that he'd like some... We painted this glaze onto a white ceiling and during the day you can make out the tiny particles if you look hard, but you can hardly tell. The effect certainly isn't offensive. Thought it would be much better considering the price
It really does need to be pitch black before you see anything, and even then its not that bright on the white ceiling I painted it on. This doesn't really work with our kids bedroom as they like the door a little ajar, with some very soft low light leaking in. I applied with roller as per instructions but it went on rubbish. Info on the bottle does not advise what type of roller is needed. This info is in the long list of Q&A's in product description, but it should be on the bottle.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

excellent glow in the dark.. crystal type affect..really pretty.:)
fab product..Strecthes a long way..using for magical wedding tree. on a smallholding where wedding celebration will take place.. Very please with product. For us the only limiting factor would be price because we would have liked to paint a larger area of trees but for anyone who is a business this is a wonderful product that works. I bought the one litre size to paint my sons ceiling... by the time I'd done it the was still almost 3/4 left ... so I gave it a 2nd coat... still had half left, painted the toilet, STILL had some left so painted Disney silhouettes in my hallway... partly to annoy my wife, partly hoping the kids would find it good. I did all this mid day so still had no idea if this would evenue light up... discovered Rick and Morty on Netflix so binge watched all season one, forgetting about my earlier antics, went to the toilet at episode 8 and MY GOOD GOD, they were shining BRIGHTLY! the toilet looked amazing, popped into kids room, looked amazing too... turned the landing light off and my giant mickey mouse silhouette looked AMAZING (also, I noticed the bits that had fallen on me were making my arm glow like something out of TRON) After her initial shock at what I'd done, the wife LOVES it and now I have to order more to paint our bedroom ceiling and do a 'little mermaid' silhouette in the living room!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Glow in the dark paint.
Initially I was disappointed at the size of the container. My fault. It clearly states 1l. I applied it to my son's ceiling as best I could in daylight. I think it's best to paint when it's darker and the paint has been 'charged up'. The effect is great though and lasts for hours. Far better than any other decals and stickers I have bought in the past. The invisible splashes I made on the carpet even look great when it's dark (not my wife's opinion). A MAZE ING
