This really cuts the cheese

Slicer review
This slicer is great - with its adjustments and extra wire. If I had to suggest improvement, I would say that a larger handle and thicker chrome plating would be nice. Item is of good quality and works well for "hard" cheese like Jarlsberg. My only issue is that the handle seems too short for my hands. Although if it were any longer, it mike be too much leverage and cause the slicing wire to break more often.
