The real thing
I bought this Tava about a month ago, I conditioned it to put a glaze on surface and now we use is for Chapaties mainly. It's 30 cm thick so once hot, lower the temprature and cook nice chapaties and I also use it as a griddle to cook Burgers, Tikkies, and many more meat and vegetable dishes.
