Great value bag
This is a great bit of equpitment for the price paid.The bag slides up off the base so i can store the base in garden and keep bag under stairs when not in use.I filled it with water but will probably change to fine sand,the holes are too small but i will just drill them slightly bigger when filling with sand.The bag is fairly hard so dont go thundering it straight away.I placed some rubber matting under the base to reduce movement and protect the base from concrete outside.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Gallant Punch bag
Seems to be a well made bag, that takes some real abuse. The only nag I can find is trying to fill the base with sand as the filling hole is very small, it took some time. My little boy loves it. The only thing it could do with is a grip base as it slides across the floor too easily, so I had to make a frame which stops it from sliding. But as for practicing its great. Good solid punch bag.
This is a well made and solid punch bag. It's easy to assemble too. I initially filled it with water which will need to be replaced with sand as I am a big heavy guy and it moves if I hit it hard. My only criticism is that it isn't very tall. I am 6'4" so most people won't find it an issue I don't think. It comes with a cover which is good if you plan to leave it outside. It's ok
I find the picture of the man using it and the description of heavy duty a little miss leading. Don't expect something you can really lay into. I am no boxer but I can knock it clean over with a moderately hard straight punch. That said its well made and is good fun and is heavy enough to get you fit. It comes with the base empty so it’s light and you just fill it up with sand or water (if using water I recommend you put some bleach or disinfectant in with the water to help keep the water fresh). It’s easy to assemble it takes 5 minuets It is of good quality and the padding is a nice thickness and stands up well to punches and kick It’s a great item for home or gym use.
