Oh yeah! A workhorse that will keep on spinning for decades.
With just a little maintenance you can expect to be using this for two generations. It has clear instructions, is lightweight (compared to the older ones), includes a good motor and blades, is easy to install and wire and is a good size for a house under 1500 sq ft that has a few windows for cross venting and adequate attic venting. We have a ridge vent and two, passive, side, attic vents and open about 4 standard windows and it has a powerful circulation. When the outside temperatures get under 77 degrees it feels under 70 degrees inside. We use it most of the year in Texas except when temps crawl above 80 degrees for the low at night. Excellent!
