Compact and light awning and strong enough to withstand an English summer!
I bought this for my VW T5 camper and its first outing was at a 3 day music festival with extreme winds and rain. The awning stood the test well and there was no well of water in the bit that joins the roof - something I exected! It does need an awning rail if you have a pop-up roof and I was pleased I had this added to the van before the trip - well worth the extra expense. The sides fit ok if you pull the stretch cord although this part could be better. All-in-all I am very pleased with the awning. It folds away very small and light and it is easy to put up and take down with two people. It provides useful space between the main compartment and the van where you can leave your shoes etc. The main part is ample for a small table and 2 chairs and you could probably squeeze in four! Good value - it kept the rain out and survived the gusty winds.
