If you use it right, you won't go wrong.
The first bottle I used, I did not drink enough water with the Paranil pills. And it didn't do anything spectacular for me. On the second bottle I used I had read that it is very important that you dink enough water for it to work good for you. Paranil excellent. Watch the expiration date with Sellers
I have been using Paranil for many years whenever a good colon cleanse is in order. It has always worked, and worked well. You usually do not need to take it for an entire month; therefore, a 110 capsule bottle can last you quite a while. My recent purchase has an expiration of January 2017. While that is a little over 2 months away, no way will I be through this bottle before the expiration date. I am sure FRESHER product has a far longer expiration date. So, lesson learned: ASK the SELLER what the expiration date is BEFORE you buy. Otherwise, the product will likely be getting old on your shelf and losing its effectiveness before you can get through the bottle.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
