Great work saver!
The cleaning system works exceptionally well. it will minimize the frequency of hand cleaning depending on how often the flush is used, and keep the bowl looking clean for weeks, especially. using the bleach cartridges. I found the blue cartridge helpful for knowing when replacement was necessary, but far less effective in cleaning power. I had no experience with the septic tank option.
