The LG SH5 is a 320W, 2.1 channel Bluetooth soundbar with subwoofer that is also compatible with 4K televisions. It supports the Dolby digital surround audio format that provides real-life sounds, and the soundbar has Adaptive Sound Control (ASC). A differentiated, unique voice-enhancing technology that analyses vocal levels in real-time, ASC senses high local levels and then reduces bass power automatically to render movie dialogues crystal-clear.

Sounds Good - Looks B
This model SH5 sounds great with my 2017 Bluetooth LG TV. Multiple connection options but LG Bluetooth Sync works quite well although TV sound options unavailable via Bluetooth devices. SH5 does have limited 'Effects' & Tone controls though. Optical or HDMI Arc connections (not included) may have more settings. Sub Woofer Bluetooth connection to soundbar easy & sound balance about right but system needs fair amount of volume for best performance. Like the indicator light on SB which disappears when settings completed using either TV or SB remotes. Simple user manual has instructions for optical or HDMI connections only but comprehensive manual available on-line if needed. Only criticism would be the height of the SB slightly obscures TV remotes IR input if seated below the units - probably fine if TV wall mounted.

good looking and great sounding.
this lg sh5 soundbar with wireless sub woofer is a great quality product. hdmi, optical,usb, portable and bluetooth connections. easy set up and link between bar and sub. loads of settings and options to get your preferred sound effect. plenty volume for a medium/large room from the 120w bar and 200w sub. stylish looking and well finnished but most importantly great sound and value at this price.

Good Soundbar
This is a discontinued product but still does the job. You have to adjust to tame the bass from the subwoofer but it does have s night mode which avoids upsetting neighbours. I am happy with purchase.
