Can see why people love this
I’d read about this product a lot and seen that many rave about it. I thought I’d give it a shot and I’m not disappointed. I’ve used it for about a week and my skin feels softer and generally has a nice, healthier look. The product feels very gentle on my skin and I’ve had no adverse reaction. I also looked up the ‘cruelty free’ claim and was quite surprised at the gentle process involved to extract the mucin - worth a google for details. Have only been using this for a couple of days, I apply once in morning and once at night after face cleansing ritual and must say I have noticed skin feels softer, I have pinkish pigmentation around the nose area and chin which has been reduced. I bought this after looking into korean skin care and this was one of the top gels due to the snail mucus, a bit off putting I know but after reading about it I bought it and glad I did. I love this - and it's taken a bit of time to know why! It means that (along with my other moisturisers) I dont have to use so much make-up - and that's definitely a plus for my ego, my time and my purse! It's really light and covers well with just a few drops and definily improves the palour of my skin. I know the thought of anyhthing 'snail' isn't the most inviting product for the face - but the gel is crystal clear and pleasant to use. Many call it their holy grail of Korean skincare. I can’t tell if that’s what it is to me, but I definitely love it! It’s very hydrating. First I apply toner on wet skin, and then 3 pumps of the Power Essence. No stickiness this way. Moisturiser or spf follows after (depending on am or pm).
