As a younger man in to my training, I'd seen this equipment at ymca gyms ... when I saw it on E- bay, I had to have it... perfect for building the neck muscles & a great added feature to my workout. 10/10 easy. Thank you E-bay

chain very small too close to my chin in the photo its longer plus i tried adjusting or loosening harness but so painfull on the ears it was most annoying it was torture sorry to say but someone else might like it
