I purchased this unit, thinking it couldn't be as good as they say, but to my surprise, it worked Better !, I purchased an additional line on my phone carrier, " Verizon "and I placed the unit where my old cable Modem was, no additional antenna or anything. I plugged it in, went to the website, set everything up, and ran a speed test, I have been receiving in excess of 75 mbps down, and 46 mbps up, my internet runs faster than a spooked deer ! I could not be happier ! I used it for two days, then made the call to my inter-net provider, and canceled my 150.00 per month bill. They tried all kinds of deals to keep me, but didn't work, I found the solution ! I also have only used .25 gigs in three days now, my plan allows for 25 gigs before I experience any throttling, so I should be good to go.
