Quality weights at a good price!
The weight and bar are good quality and are easy to put on and off the bar. They are good to hold as free weights too. However, if you are small of hand you might find the larger weights a bit difficult to hold as they are quite bulky around the centre of the weight and they are thick too. The bar is padded were you hold it which make it comfortable to hold and also comfortable when you put on your shoulders for say squats. Overall, I'm very please with these and they make a very good substitute for the Les Mills bar and weights which are nearly twice the price that these are priced at but do the same job.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The reason I gave only 4 stars because it is hard to put one of the 5kg weight plates on and take off from the barbell. It’s annoying because it takes longer to switch the plates.
