Great relief
Bought this for my husband as he does a lot of cycling and having no cartilage left in both knees sometimes needs the cooling, calming effect that this cream gives him after a long ride. He is very happy.

Ease Joints.
This is a pleasant gel to use and easy to apply. Non greasy and very little smell. It has a cooling effect rather than warming on the skin. I have used this for my knees, but no miracle cure. and does not cure osteoarthritis. Gives a very small amount of relief only from knee pain. In honesty I cannot recommend it or recommend it, as a real benefit. However others out there will not really help arthritis anyway either. Knee supports help, but pain relief is the main problem with Knees.

Pain Relief....
While waiting for back surgery I'm using this for relief in my legs and have to say it works well and the good thing is you can use it as many times as you want. Highly recommend it.
