Garden Hands Quality.
This cream smells heavenly - couture, yet spa. It is of a good consistency so that it nourishes, but sinks in fast. My hand were very dry and somewhat calloused from sawing, digging and mowing etc. in my large and wild garden. They are already softer and less gnarled and I haven't used it for long. I'm unsure how long it will last. There seems a fair amount there, but only time and use will tell.
