Suits my decor..
I like this product, really helps with my weak ankles due to a few sprains in the past. Most of the ones for sale in my country NZ are plastic,really bright colours, yellow and blue. This one is better quality and I like that it is in a natural looking wood with charcoal coloured non slip panels, it doesn't look so out of place right in the middle of the lounge floor and therefore I use it daily because I can see it. Initially, difficult to get started, but once you've found the way, it is an excellent piece of exercise equipment. Balance and live longer
This is a well designed wobble board the use of which will help build core strength. I am no longer young but work on my balance skills daily with the hope of preventing future falls. This wobble board is the next level after standing on one leg, eyes open and eyes closed whilst on the ground.
