This bed is great value. It is so clear and simple to put together (definitely a 2 person Job due to it being made of wood, possibility for wood snapping if you try to build yourself!!). There is very little shake to it and it definitely has the build quality of a much more expensive bed. Took just over two hours to build with the help of someone who is somewhat of an expert at flat pack. Can't recommend this highly enough. Both single and double sections are standard size so both fit their respective mattress size perfectly. Ladders can also be installed on either end depending on your room set up. Very very good product
The bed is very very good once you finish fixing it together. My kids love them. But I must stress it may be difficult to fix together if you are not use to fixing furniture. I love this bed! I managed to put it together on my own with no problems at all, once I had figured out that all the wooden slats had numbers printed on the ends. The fittings were very easy to use and everything went together very solidly. The only thing I will say is that an electric screwdriver came in very handy for screwing the slats into the base of the bed and bunk for the mattresses to sit on. My friends can’t belive I spent a third of what they did for their children’s bunk beds. I had my doubts thinking they cant possibly be any good for the price but took a gamble.
