A decent quality starter weight set
30kg is enough weight get started in building your physique, and these iron weights seem pretty good to me. This is the second set I've bought after outgrowing the first. 30kg is more than enough for curls and light bench press. The bars are well constructed and the speed twist locking nuts are far better than the crappy spring pinch locks on some sets that fall off when you tilt the bar. One very minor gripe is the fact that the black paint comes off, where the weights touch each other. This might be the norm for all weights (I've never tried any others), but it's still annoying to get black gunk over your hands and house. Definitely recommended. I just hope the supplier starts selling larger weights...
