Good Cage
The cage itself is very good , much more spacious than my old one and my 6 rats have loads of room. One bar did come a little bent but we sorted that out with pliers, and if you have baby rats (which we have 2) the gaps between the trays and the metal cages are a bit large for liking so we'be sellotaped those holes up for peace of mind, although I'm sure they wouldn't actually try to go though them. It looks great, and although no instructions on how to put together I found a video from another site to help and it was realitively easy. The only thing annoying was DPD delivery as the first time the guy barely knocked so we had to get them to deliver next day to a local shop and then the item was wrong, but the seller quickly sorted and sent out a new item the next day where I spent the hour delivery period sat by the door so I wouldn't miss it again. Is noisy when pets scratch or move,metal trays do not sit in the cage correctly and are slanted, they offer no grip for pets when climbing the ladders
and trying to get up on the next level. Its hard to clean and reach into the side of the cage as there are only doors on the one side, thought it was two when i bought it, so i could fit larger furniture in there but its not. The cage doesn't connect to the stand with wheels, so when moving the cage you have to be careful to grip both the cage and stand at the same time or the cage moves and come out of line and even falls.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value cage for size, lots of space for my ratties. Fairly sturdy, but shelves dont completely fit snugly together. Me and my partner almost killed eachother trying to assemble after delivery. Instructions as others have said are useless. No indication which way round pieces should be for shelves. Reassembled this twice and it's still wrong! Gave up with the shelving positions as we wanted them both on the closed door end rather than where they open. Lots of room to clean and attach accessories and can easily reach inside the cage for cleaning if necessary. Would have hoped the base trays were a bit deeper but other than that a long lasting cage that if you have room for your pets will love.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great cage for my chinchilla
Very sturdy strong cage. Could do with more instructions for putting it together. Some of the holes were hard to align unless others not fully tightened . Could also do with the bottom section having a solid bit at the bottom of the sides to stop bedding etc being thrown everywhere. Some Minor Issues
Good for the money but a few of the screws didn't line up properly so had to bodge it together in places, definitely need two people to construct it as well! The large trays don't fit as well as I would like but again for the money it's a solid cage and plenty of room, the bar spacing is perfect as well.

This cage is huge,I really should have measure b4 hand,so a swap around will sort that,my chinchilla are going to have so much more room now,this cage is solid with no sharp edges and really secure locks on it,the instructions arnt the best and I couldn't get the link for you tube to work but I typed in the name of the cage and found it easily enough,so if it's space for your pets you need then this is the cage for you,just measure your room 😂Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
