Easy to customise and monitor
Given the simple instructions on the Kitz website it is simple to change the firmware to the Unlocked one (without having to pay anyone else to do it for you) and then you can monitor the modem's stats in real time. You are in control of when the modem updates and reboots. Just remember it only has a 10/100 network card inside so don't expect superfast speeds if you upgrade your connection but for Rural Broadband users struggling to reach the USO, it is an effective piece of kit.
