Takes a steady hand and works better than the mascara type or color stick. It's cold when you spray it on. Instructions tell you not to spray on your scalp but I don't know how you can avoid it unless you first spray on a comb. When you spray by your temple areas or near your ears, you can't help but get over spray on the sides of your face. I use a wet wipe and it cleans right off. Looks natural.
