You can transform any space in your home into a fully functional DJ studio. The Numark DJ2GO DJ mixer and controller can offer a wide variety of functions to help you lay down and mix digital audio tracks. The device can be easy to set up and use, and its compact size can make it a fantastic gear item to take to gigs and impromptu mixing sessions at a moment’s notice. Its controls can give professional and hobby DJs the function of a full-sized deck in a single compact controller. The Numark DJ2GO DJ controller is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems. You are also able to use it with iOS mobile devices such as the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch. It includes Virtual DJ LE Lite software and is compatible with other MIDI-capable DJ software such as Traktor, djay, and Virtual DJ Pro. Virtual DJ LE Lite is a trial version of Virtual DJ Pro. It connects to your computer or mobile device with a USB cable and the accompanying software is included on a CD-ROM disc. To start using the device, install Virtual DJ LE Lite using the supplied install disc. If your Mac or mobile device does not include a CD-ROM drive, use an external drive or access the software as a digital download. After you’ve completed this quick and easy step, your DJ controller is ready to use and you simply plug in the USB cable to connect the device. If you want to use the Numark DJ2GO DJ controller with Traktor or another audio software title, be sure that your software is fully installed before getting started. The Numark DJ2GO DJ controller includes two channels and two separate decks with jog wheel controls, cues, syncs, pitch faders, pitch bends, play and pause buttons, and load buttons. These can let you use two different tracks in your mix simultaneously. The crossfader can let you blend tracks from deck A and deck B without awkward pauses and breaks. Simply slide the crossfader to the left to play track A and slide it to the left to fade it into track B. The jog wheel on each deck performs two different tasks. While a track is playing, use it to bend pitches and create scratches, much as you would on a turntable. While a track is paused, use it to scan the track and set the cue to a different point in the track. You can also use the Numark DJ2GO DJ controller to navigate your music library without clicking your mouse, which can come in handy while you are performing a set. Simply use the Browse Knob to browse through tracks in your directory and press Enter to select a track. The Numark DJ2GO DJ controller is compatible with a variety of other external accessories. If you want to connect headphones to the device, you can simply connect a splitter cable to the device or simply connect a set of headphones to your computer to monitor your mix through the software. You can use this controller in combination with MIDI controllers to add virtual instruments to your mixes. The Numark DJ2GO DJ controller includes the Virtual DJ LE Lite software package, a USB cable, and a quick start guide for easy installation of the lite version of the Virtual DJ software. Some sellers may offer controllers with additional accessories such as splitter cables or headphones. Software issues

Wanted to try the virtual DJ
This was a good way to get virtual DJ and the Numark controller. It works well with my laptop and external hard drive. Small portable controller
