H2O HD Mop
I've owned all the H2O mops and they have all suffered with one singular fault - the handle. Usually you get longer than the required 1yr on warranty before it breaks. On the H2O HD the handle is rugged and robust compared to the previous designs and hopefully this will stay the distance but I'm pleased with it so far. The steam the HD produces is enough to clean ground in dirt on tiles and clean away gunge from the dishwasher when the steam section is released from the Mop section. One last piece of advice don't try to fix the stem into the heads location to stand it upright the bottom 2 screws are not strong enough to cope with the force required and they setup out from the body - this can lead to leaks from the Mop section and a new tank or Mop is required. Just leave it standing upright in the carpet cleaning head against a wall and you'll never encounter that problem. These are getting better model by model and worth a punt on compared to some other models.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good powerful cleaner
Good steam cleaner very powerful looks good, i have used it nearly all over my home, on my rugs, oven, windows and on mt hard wood floors but did leave it very wet when on high level, and can be a little annoying having to refill the water tank about every 15 min just when you are getting into the cleaning but I suppose if the tank was bigger it would weigh even more than it does already which heavy when trying to use the one hand and you need to hold the objects you are cleaning still. Reformed steamer
Was never into the steam mood but this one has definitely changed my opinion with the quality of the product and how easy it is to use. Nice mop.
