Easy to use and long lasting.
My Doctor advised a Magnesium spray some 7 years ago, so I bought this product & have used it ever since. Sticky Stuff
Well this the thing, we need magnesium after the age of 40, and tablets on a daily basis are a bind, plus magnesium tablets taste nasty if not swallowed easily... so that leaves magnesium cream or magnesium oil spray, well this review is about the cream. I'm almost at the end of my first pump container of the cream, and I already tried a tester in a chemist so I knew it was sticky after application, even after massaging in to arms shoulders and legs. So I added some of my favourite body lotion (fenjal) and a cheaper carrier in the form of of some cocoa butter lotion (Poundland). Determined to replace the missing magnesium from my body, after my morning bath, I dry off and pump four or five shots of the magnesium cream into the palm of my hand, add two or three of the fenjal and then a couple of the cheaper body lotion, give it a quick mix with my finger, then apply it to my legs and arms and shoulders. It rubs in quite quickly, smells nice and I have achieved two things; my magnesium is replaced and I have smooth skin. It beats swallowing tablets by a long shot and it's a nice skin routine that only takes three minutes. The stickiness (that almost put me off ordering the cream) goes when other body lotion is added. Really does work!
