Written off printer working again
I used this product as the printer (HP C5180) had a suspected blocked black print head or the other possibility was the print head had become damaged. I thought I was going to need a new printer as the cost of repairing the inaccessible print heads was going to be far in excess of an equivalent new printer. I discovered this product and firstly contacted the company asking about the suitability of the product and got a very prompt reply so support was definitely there. For the cost I decided to give it a go and was very pleased with the results as I now have a fully functioning printer again thanks to this fluid that has unblocked the print head. The instruction booklet that came with the product was very clear and comprehensive and it had all the fittings included to adapt it to your specific printer. Not only has this product saved me money (not having to buy a new printer) but also helped to save the planet in not sending the printer to landfill. Good but not perfect
I've bought this kit for a canon mg54xx printer. One of the print head entries was ok with the adapters from the kit, but the remaining entries didn't feel properly sized for this print head model, the adapters were oversized.. despite that, good kit, thanks.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fixed my problem first time
Having tried to clean my blocked print head by various methods without success, I bought this kit. The pack comes with clear instructions for several different methods of cleaning. The method where the syringe is attached into the print head was very effective on my HP Ink Advantage printer. The syringe in the kit has a number of fittings that allows it to fit precisely where the ink cartridge goes, and force the cleaning fluid through the print head. This kit brought my printer that wouldn't print in black at all back to fully working order inside ten minutes - after using the product and running the head cleaning on the printer as instructed, it produced a perfect test page. There is plenty of fluid left in the bottle, enough to clean all the colours several times. I'd suggest that anyone with an inkjet printer should invest in one of these kits to keep in a drawer just for the peace of mind - you never know when your printer might need it!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
