I recently went to a talk by Simon Warren about the 100 greatest climbs and just had to buy the book,, (he had some on sale at the venue but i dint have any money that night) so I went straight to ebay and got this copy.. It is an inspiring read, with each climb set out in an easy to follow and nicely described way.... I love cycling but really dont like hills except when I'm whixxing down the other side. But I was surprised at how many of his 100 I had actually done on my long distance rides. His talk and this book have inspired me to go out and seek out some more . RAy
A great book to get you ticking off your local and not so local hills off. Some real corkers like horse shoe pass mentioned. Only gripe is it's maps could be a little more detailed.
