Of all the cookery books I own this is undoubtedly the best. Usually when I buy a cookbook I'm happy if I like a handful of recipes. In this book I have tried more than half the recipes and not liked only one. I have been cooking Indian food for decades and these recipes, gleaned from various sources around India are authentic and delicious. They are also extremely easy to follow, which is a bonus.
