They do exactly what it says on the tin.
Clips are well made. Didn't realise they were formed from a single piece of plastic, so it is easier to break the centre pin off and reinsert when your not trying to line up and balance a wheel arch.

Land Rover eyebrow rivet
Poor quality and unusable. Centre pin did not expand the river sufficiently so that the wheel arch eyebrow was not held firmly in position. I obtained other better quality rivets.
