Sleep without the drugged feeling
If taken as directed it seems to work and does not have the "hangover effect" that some sleep aids have. It is a bit pricey since the recommendation is for 2 capsules. The capsules are large and do have an unpleasant odor. Having a good nights sleep for me is worth the slight down side, I am hoping that the product continues to work and I might try taking one instead of two to see what happens. I think the biggest consideration is to remember to take it well in advance of actually intending to go to sleep.
