Not the best but it's good enough.
Firstly, I will start with the content. The techniques introduced in the book are nicely notated and tabbed as well. The book's print feels like premium quality. On the other side, there aren't enough exercises for each technique to solidify them without it getting boring after so much repetition. The CD also feels like it kinda lacks something, as the clips for the demonstrations are short and with no explanations; just a performance of the exercise.
