Ordered when ants first sighted, and put down another brand ant killer bought last year whilst waiting for these to arrive. Ants not seen since, so haven't used these ones yet, though I'm sure I will before the summer is finished. An excellent product
I first bought Rentokil 'Ant Killer Gel' in 2019, to combat streams of ants that invaded my kitchen in the spring. I placed one bait station in the lobby by the front door (there was clearly a nest near the front of the house) and one beside the waste bin in the kitchen. Two weeks later, there was no sign of any ants, and that remained the case until just last week, when one ant made an appearance. I immediately re-ordered two new bait stations and am now ant-free once more! Does the job.
Used this killer before and it does actually work, my piece of advice is to break open the top of one station and get some of the gel out onto the path of the ants and let them tuck in almost straight away. I did this and in a couple of minutes i had 4 of them getting stuck in and soon after they disappeared down the hole and in 24 hours the problem was solved. Received these in an envelope, unboxed. Sticker on the bottom says to follow instructions for use on the box they are in!!! Makes me wonder why the need ro remove them from their original packaging. VERY EFFECTIVE ANT TREATMENT
VERY EFFECTIVE, you just have to be patient and leave the ants alone to go into the bait station, eat the poison, and return to the nest to eventually kill the nest.
